Preview of the Hill @ One-North reels in 1,500 visitors over the weekend

Kingsford Real Estate Development reported that over 1,500 people visited the sales gallery at The Hill @ One North during the weekend between April 6 and 7.

The 142 unit development comprises three residential blocks between seven and eleven floors, situated on a 63.902 sq ft 99-year leasehold plot along Slim Barracks Rise located in District 5. Units are a mixture of two and three-bedroom units ranging between 732 sq. ft. to 1,259 sq. ft. The six four-bedrooms units range in size between 1,227 sq. ft. and 1,410 sq. ft.

The Hill @ One North’s guide prices start as high as $1.9 million (for a 2-bedroom), $2.3 million (for a 3-bedroom) and $3 million ($4 million) for four-bedroom units.

Blossoms, a 275 unit development from EL Development launched in April. It contains 275 apartments, which include 1-bedrooms ranging between 546 and 68 sq ft and 2-bedrooms ranging between 678 and 1259 sq ft. Four-bedrooms range from 1,302 to 1 884 sq ft. The project has already sold 241 apartments (87%) ever since its April 2023 launch. URA has lodged caveats that indicate 16 units sold so far this year with an average cost of $2.545 per sqf.

One-North Eden came out before Blossoms at the Park. The 165 units at the one-north Gateway were launched in April of 2021. There is a mix of 1 bedroom units starting at 517 square feet. Two- and 3-bedroom units range from 689-1,410 sq ft. And four-bedrooms units are between 1,259-1.399 sq.

All 165 of the units were sold within the first year following its launch on March 20, 2022. The last unit sold was at an average cost of $1,965 per sq. ft.

The Hill @ One North from Kingsford Development will be held a fortnight afterwards, on 20 April. The project’s TOP is expected in December 2026.
